Hi! I'm Mara Caitlin!

I grew up in a haunted house in the Mojave Desert where I spent my youth exploring the rocks and searching for dragons. 
My friends were the stars, the moon, and my little sister.

Though I was loved, I never felt quite at home.
But in fairies and stories, I found belonging.

I write for those who feel the same —
for the dreams and beautiful souls who’ve never quite fit in; 
for the ones told they’re too much, too sensitive, too dark, too different.
I write for you.

To the believers and the mischief makers: may your lights never dim.
